October 30, Fineko/abc.az. Human Rights Watch has published a statement in connection with the rocket attacks of the invading Armenia on the Azerbaijani city of Barda.

ABC.AZ reports that the Organization's statement claims that on 28 October 2020 the Armenian forces fired internationally-banned cluster missiles at the city of Barda, located 230 km west of Baku.
