October 28, Fineko/abc.az. The information spread by the Armenian side about the alleged shelling of Shusha and Khankendi by the Azerbaijan Army is false, ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan.

“We once again state that the Azerbaijan Army never fires at civilians.

Azerbaijan adheres to the humanitarian ceasefire regime,” the Ministry’s statement says.
