October 28, Fineko/abc.az. Armenian armed forces, grossly violating the humanitarian ceasefire regime, have fired at the Barda city from the Smerch MLRS, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan.

There are killed and injured people, civilian infrastructure was damaged.
