October 27, Fineko/abc.az. During a conversation with President Ilham Aliyev, a journalist from Italian TV channel Rai-1 asked the president: "How do You respond to the accusations of the presence of Turkish troops and Turkish military aircrafts on the territory of Azerbaijan?”

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state answered the question as follows: "I’ve already answered this question many times, and I will answer it again. First of all, only two countries – France and Russia - have brought such unfounded charges against us. France represented by the president, Russia represented by the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service. These charges were brought against us immediately after the outbreak of hostilities."

The head of state noted that almost a month has passed, but not a single evidence, not a single proof has been presented to us.

"I will say more, for the first time I appealed to the French side with a proposal so that the heads of the relevant services would meet, talk and present evidence to us on the occasion. But nothing was presented to us.

Therefore, all this is an insinuation. All this is an attempt to cast a shadow on Azerbaijan. I regret that such unfounded accusations come from the co-chair countries, which should be objective," President Aliyev said.
