October 16, Fineko/abc.az. According to the information received, cases of mass desertions among military personnel and reservists have been recorded on the defensive line of the 18th motorized rifle division of the Armenian armed forces, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense.

With the purpose to prevent this, the government of Armenia has established curfew posts of the military police on the highways of the settlements of Gorus and Turshsu.

Among the personnel who took up positions on the defensive line of the 5th mountain rifle regiment, there are many dead and wounded. The regiment's units are short of food and ammunition.
