October 14, Fineko/abc.az. Armenia, having grossly violated the ceasefire, continues escalation of the conflict, firing at the Agdam and Terter districts.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by presidential aide Hikmet Hajiyev at a briefing with the participation of ambassadors and military attaches of foreign countries in connection with the rocket attack on Azerbaijani cities by the Armenian armed forces.

Hajiyev noted that the conflict has now moved beyond its territory, as Armenia is shelling cities located at a considerable distance from the conflict zone.

"Armenia is also firing at Azerbaijan from its territory. For the first time in the history of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Armenia is using ballistic missiles of such destructive power against a densely populated city of such size. As you know, Armenia put in a state of readiness for a missile attack on Ganja, Mingachevir and other cities of Azerbaijan. To ensure the safety of Azerbaijani citizens, measures have been taken to neutralize these missile systems."
