October 14, Fineko/abc.az. Presidential aide Hikmet Hajiyev stressed in his Twitter post that Armenia is hypocritical.

ABC.AZ reports that Hajiyev noted that Armenia's “commitment” to the humanitarian truce is absolutely hypocritical.

“Since the morning the city of Terter has been under heavy artillery attack. More than 100 artillery shells were fired at the city and its surrounding villages. Six civilians were injured and one civilian was killed. Terter is the "Stalingrad" of Azerbaijan before the Armenian Nazism,” Hajiyev emphasized.
