Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Turkey mull violation of ceasefire

October 11, Fineko/abc.az.  Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Chavushoglu had a telephone conversation.

According to the report, during the telephone conversation, the ministers discussed the ceasefire's violation by Armenia.
