October 11, Fineko/abc.az.  "Armenia under the humanitarian aid, delivered via civilian airlines, received new Smerch missiles," Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan wrote on Twitter.

"Immediately started to attack civilian population and critical energy infrastructure in Mingachevir. See the gap between civilized world and Armenia," Hikmat Hajiyev noted.
