October 10, Fineko/abc.az.  "Armed forces of Armenia shortly before attacked Agdam region of Azerbaijan with heavy artillery. It is reported that one old male civilian was killed," Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev has twitted, ABC.AZ reports.

"Armenia continues its attacks in violation of temporary humanitarian truce. Armenia must be held responsible for its state terror," he wrote.
