October 9, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has addressed to the nation on television.

The head of state noted that the meeting of foreign ministers held today in Moscow will clarify a lot.

"The prime minister of Armenia has become a character in an anecdote. Perhaps, there has never been a second person on a global scale who has so disgraced his country. Because he came to a foreign land and can't get out of it,” the head of state said.
