October 9, Fineko/abc.az. The Prosecutor General's office of Azerbaijan received convincing evidence of Armenia's involvement in various crimes against the civilian population of Azerbaijan, as well as the participation of foreign mercenaries in these crimes.

ABC.AZ reports that in connection with the events that took place, Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev officially addressed his colleagues through both direct and diplomatic channels.

The statement says that since 27 September the military-political leadership of the aggressor Armenia, continuing its provocative actions, grossly violates the Geneva conventions and the relevant obligations arising from international law in general. As a result of the effective response of the Azerbaijani Army, the Armenian Diaspora living abroad, based on the call of the country's military and political leadership that the Armenian Armed Forces are facing the loss of a significant number of manpower, organizes the dispatch of mercenaries to Nagorno-Karabakh in order to fight the armed forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

It was established that foreign citizens Artur Oganesyan and Vagan Chakhalyan had entered into criminal relations with persons in Armenia and the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, violating the requirements of the Law on the State Border of Azerbaijan and the Migration Code, illegally crossed the state border of Azerbaijan without proper documents and outside the state border checkpoints, that is, through the territory of Armenia, visited Khankendi and other occupied localities to support the illegal regime called "Nagorno-Karabakh Republic», they participated as mercenaries in the military conflict of the military-political regime of Armenia against civilians and the armed forces of Azerbaijan carrying out anti-terrorist operations.
