October 9, Fineko/abc.az. Attack drones are successfully used against tanks, cannons and military equipment of Armenia.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in an analytical article of American edition of Newsweek.

The article devoted to the widespread use of US attack UAVs in the fight against global terrorism stresses that the practice of using Azerbaijan's drone technologies on this scale is an innovation in the history of war.

The article touched upon Azerbaijan's active use of kamikaze drones in operations during the April 2016 battles.

It was noted that unmanned aerial vehicles sometimes appear to be cruise missiles and create panic in the enemy.

"Azerbaijan has been increasingly interested in Israeli- and Turkish-made drones in recent years,” the article says.
