October 7, Fineko/abc.az. Vagarshak Harutyunyan, the chief adviser to the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, has made a confession that will cause a great resonance.

ABC.AZ reports that on the air of a Russian TV channel he openly admitted that Armenia purposefully shelled the peaceful cities of Azerbaijan.

"Now we have developed a tactic for attacking artillery. And in the future, we’ll strike at peaceful settlements to cause panic...", he stated in an interview for news broadcast Vesti on TV channel Russia 1.

After Harutyunyan's this statement, the interview was abruptly interrupted.
