Two companies have merged - Bina Agro is being reorganized

September 8, Fineko/abc.az. The merger of two more companies has bene reported in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy that Alfa Agro CJSC and Habako Construction CJSC have merged into Bina Agro CJSC. Thus, all rights and obligations of Alfa Agro and Habako Construction are transferred to Bina Agro. Bina Agro was reorganized in connection with the merger.

Aauthorized capital in Alfa Agro is AZN 2,000 and in Habako Construction – AZN 160,000. Bina Agro has authorized capital of AZN 2,000.
