ABC.AZ reports with a link to etender.gov.az that bidders must submit documents for participation till 11 am on 17 August 2020, and the tender offer and bank guarantee in a sealed double envelope till 6 pm on 25 August 2020.

Unsealing of envelopes with bids will take place at 11 am on 26 August 2020.
