August 6, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on additional measures to eliminate the damage caused to the civilian population, state property and infrastructure facilities as a result of the intensive shelling of Tovuz district by the Armenian Armed Forces.

Under the order, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan allocates AZN 1 million ($588,200 at the current exchange rate) for this purpose. Funds will be used to repair the damage caused to the civilian population in the villages in Tovuz rayon: Agdam, Dondar Gushchu, Vehicle, Alibeyli, Yukhari and Ashagi Oysuzlu Oysuzlu.
