Entrepreneurs made a range of proposals to Elman Rustamov

April 23, Fineko/abc.az. In a meeting with Central Bank’s chairman Elman Rustamov the entrepreneurs voiced a number of problems and proposals.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the CBA, entrepreneurs told about difficulties they face in the context of the pandemic, and proposed the restructuring of credit obligations to the banking sector, the allocation of new loans to address the deficit of working capital in their current activities.

At the same time, such proposals were voiced as taking additional measures to improve the currency regime, considering the possibility of using cash in settlements, especially in small businesses, considering the possibility of using check payments in this direction, simplifying requirements for micro-credit mechanisms, and wider use of guarantee mechanisms to activate business lending.

Summing up the discussions, Rustamov noted that the meeting was useful. He noted that the questions raised at the meeting and the proposals voiced will be thoroughly studied and joint work will be conducted in these areas.
