Elman Rustamov is still on duty – President`s decree

April 16, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree concerning Elman Rustamov.

ABC.AZ reports that the decree says about the appointment of Elman Rustamov as the chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

So, Rustamov again became the chairman of the main bank of the country.
