November 6, Fineko/abc.az. MIDA LLC has announced an open tender procedure for the construction of a residential complex on the Azerbaijani Flag Street in Ganja city on the territory of 6.23 hectares.

The tender consists of two lots.

Lot 1: Construction of 9-storey 2-block residential buildings #10, #11 and #12. Tender participation cost - 900 manats.

Lot 2: Construction and equipping of secondary school building for 1,170 pupils. Tender participation cost - 800 manats.

The tender announcement says that applicants are required to submit documents for participation in the tender till 5 pm on 11 December 2019, while the tender offer and bank guarantee in a sealed envelope till 5 pm on 19 December 2019 at address: Nasimi District, Jalil Mammadguluadeh Street, 85Z. Unsealing of the bids will be held at 3 pm on 20 Decemebr 2019.
