July 19, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance has announced an open tender procedure.

The Ministry invites companies for consulting services in preparation of technical design assignment "Centralized System of E-Register" on the subsidies in the tax and customs spheres.

The tender announcement says that for submission of the tender offer and receiving additional information the applicants should address at 10 am – 5 pm from 5 July 2019 to 25 August.

The tender bids should be submitted to the Finance Ministry till 11 am on 26 August 2019.
