May 20, Fineko/abc.az. The State Statistics Committee reports that 60.5% of deposits are stored in foreign and 39.5% in national currency at banks.

Deposits in national currency increased by 19.9% and deposits in foreign currency by 2.8% compared to the 2018 same term.

As of 1 April 2019 the volume of deposits in the national currency increased by 8.9% up to AZN 8.339 bn versus the 2018 same period.
