October 20, Fineko/abc.az. For Jan-Sept 2026, the revenues of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) from oil & gas projects increased by 11.5%, or by 902.9 million manats, versus Jan-Sept 2025, reaching 8.74 billion manats.

The main part of the proceeds - 7.343 billion manats - was made up of income from the sale of oil and gas. In addition, the Fund received 1.39 billion manats from the sale of the state share in Southern Gas Corridor CJSC.

Revenues from the development of field block Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli (ACG) grew from 6.183 billion up to 6.57 billion manats. At that, revenues from Shah Deniz field (gas and condensate) decreased from 697 million to 565.1 million manats.

The remaining part of the oil & gas revenues consisted of bonus and transit payments in the amount of 900,000 manats, as well as payments for contract space in the amount of 4.9 million manats.
