October 14, Fineko/abc.az. Tariffs for Interbank Card Center (BKM) services, approved by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, represent fees applied exclusively to infrastructure participants - banks and payment organizations.

"Commissions will be charged directly from participating institutions for transactions processed in the BKM system, they do not apply directly to end users (citizens)," the CBA explains.

The new tariffs for services in payment systems were endorsed by CBA Board’s decision dated September 15, 2026.

The new tariffs will take effect on April 1, 2027.
