October 7, Fineko/abc.az. Armenia must provide all available information regarding the fate of missing Azerbaijanis, as well as the locations of mass and individual burial sites, and facilitate the opening of relevant archives and the collection of witness statements.

These remarks were included in the address by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the participants of the 4th International Conference within the Baku Dialogue format on "Strengthening Trust and Developing Effective Mechanisms for Resolving the Problem of Missing Persons."

The head of state noted that this is not only a legal obligation and a humanitarian responsibility, but would also serve as a practical demonstration of commitment to peace and a contribution to strengthening mutual trust. Information concerning human fates must not be subjected to political conditions.
