August 14, Fineko/abc.az. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree amending earlier decrees on the application of the laws "On Further Liberalization of Foreign Trade" and "On Approval of the Customs Code."

Under the amendments, the reporting scope for the State Customs Committee (SCC) regarding foreign trade operations has been expanded.

Key Details:

• The State Customs Committee must submit monthly import-export trade data no later than the 15th day of the following month.

• Moving forward, alongside the President, Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance, Food Safety Agency, State Statistics Committee, and Central Bank, these reports will also be officially provided to the Ministry of Agriculture.
