August 11, Fineko/abc.az. Amazon is investing in an on-site natural gas power plant for its planned data center in Texas.
According to The New York Times, the 7.65-gigawatt facility featuring 35 turbines will hold permits to emit 33 million tons of carbon dioxide annually, potentially making it the single largest source of climate pollution in the US.
