July 31, Fineko/abc.az. Speaking at the 3rd meeting of the Azerbaijan–Kyrgyzstan Interstate Council in Cholpon-Ata, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov stated that deep historical roots and spiritual proximity unite both nations.

The Kyrgyz leader emphasized that bilateral interaction is entering a new stage of development built on a solid foundation of friendship and mutual respect. Sadyr Japarov noted that there are no unresolved issues between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan that could hinder strategic partnership, creating an atmosphere of total trust and openness to move forward with confidence.

Quoting the great poet Nizami Ganjavi — "Every friend gained is a gift from heaven" — President Japarov proudly highlighted that Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan have found true and reliable friends in each other.
