July 7, Fineko/abc.az. The People's Bank of China kept on increasing its gold reserves in June, marking the 20th consecutive month of purchases, the Chinese regulator informed on Tuesday.

The country's gold reserves reached 75.44 million troy ounces by the end of June, up from 74.96 million ounces in May.

The value of China's gold reserves reached $303.72 billion at the end of last month, compared to $340.75 billion in May.
