July 7, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Tuesday’s trading.

As of 09:10 on Baku time, the price of September’s futures contract for Brent oil on the ICE Futures exchange rose by $0.52 (0.72%) up to $72.51 per barrel. At the end of trading on July 6, the contract fell in price by $0.13 (0.18%) to $71.99 per barrel.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), the August WTI oil futures contract grew in price by $0.47 (0.69%) up to $69.02 per barrel by 09:10. Following the previous trading session, on July 6, the contract declined in price by $0.27 (0.39%) to $68.55 per barrel.

The price of Azerbaijani crude oil Azeri Light grew by $0.78 (1.07%) up to $73.71 per barrel.
