July 1, Fineko/abc.az. The earnings of Azerbaijan’s electric network operator Azerishig OJSC (Azərişıq) in 2025 increased by 14.5% year-on-year and reached 1.958 billion manats.

ABC.AZ informs that as the cost of sales grew by 17.9% up to 1.734 billion manats, gross profit declined by 6.4% to 223.81 million manats.

Operating income fell by 27.8% to 42.08 million manats.

Company's net profit dropped more sharply. Last year, Azerishig earned 8.37 million manats (46.2% less than in 2024). Administrative expenses grew by 14.6% up to 127.75 million manats and the loss from impairment of trade receivables by 118.8% up to 6.55 million manats.

At the same time, other expenses decreased by 42.4% to 15.85 million manats and other revenues increased by 52.4% up to 32.20 million manats.

By the end of 2025, Azerishig’s overall assets grew by 6.6% up to 3.86 billion manats. Long-term assets increased by 10.2% up to 3.604 billion manats, while current assets dropped by 26.5% to 256.37 million manats. Cash and cash equivalents decreased by 58.1% to 44.38 million manats.
