June 30, Fineko/abc.az. New powers are granted to the Accounts Chamber of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs that this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on the Accounts Chamber, submitted for discussion at today's Milli Majlis meeting.

According to the draft amendment, the Accounts Chamber will also provide opinions on the draft and execution of the budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, as well as on the draft laws and annual reports.

The bill was put to a vote and passed in the first reading.
