June 3, Fineko/abc.az. The subsidiary of American company ChampionX in Azerbaijan, ChampionX Azerbaijan LLC, has announced a reduction in its authorized capital.

ABC.AZ informs that company’s authorized capital has been reduced from $4.5 million to $100.

Thus, the size of company's authorized capital was lowered by $4.5 million.
