April 30, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan discussed with Danish company Vestas Wind Systems A/S the possibilities of cooperation in the direction of turning the country into a regional center for export of "green energy".

ABC.AZ reports that Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov wrote this in his account on X.

"We held a videoconference meeting with Morten Deerholm, Senior Vice President of the Group for Marketing, Communications, Sustainable Development and Public Relations at Danish company Vestas Wind Systems A/S," the minister said.

During the meeting, the prospects for joint projects, export of wind energy within the Green Energy Corridor and localization of wind turbine production by the company were also discussed.
