November 21, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is improving the method of settlements with local farmers.

The Ministry of Agriculture informs that State Agricultural Trading Company with support of Kapital Bank has changed the method of payment with farmers.

"Cost of products produced by small- and medium-sized farmers will be paid not in cash, but through a farm card to be exempt from service fees," the Ministry said.
