April 22, Fineko/abc.az. In the first quarter of 2026, 386.2 million manats were used for the restoration and reconstruction of the liberated territories of Azerbaijan (economic regions Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur) on the basis of cash applications submitted by customers for the relevant projects, which makes up 11% of the funds provided for the year.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan, that 355.2 million manats of this amount were allocated for infrastructure projects (185 million manats for the design, construction and reconstruction of highways, 142.2 million manats for the design and construction of new residential complexes, 28 million manats for the creation of tourist infrastructure and other activities).

In addition, 10.7 million manats were allocated to finance social projects in the field of health and culture and 20.3 million manats for mine clearance works.
