April 22, Fineko/abc.az. The State Social Protection Fund has announced a tender procedure for a new purchase of a public law legal entity.

ABC.AZ informs that the competition stipulates a service for renting office space for the SSPF central branch for the survey of material and living conditions.

The estimated cost of the competition is 2,016,000 manats.

The rental period is 36 months. The office space must be located in ZONA-3 or ZONA-6 in Baku in accordance with Cabinet Ministers’ Resolution #101 dated April 6, 2015 "On approval of coefficients applied to buildings in Baku for the purposes of personal property tax provided for in Article 198.1.1 of the Tax Code of Azerbaijan.
