November 15, Fineko/abc.az. Today Baku hosts a meeting of the International Association of Trans-Capital International Transport Route.

During the meeting Kazakhstan Railways’ president Kanat Alpysbayev stated that a range of priority issues are on agenda of the meeting.

"In particular, among the questions coordination and approval of tariffs for cargo transportation within the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Rail Project. We’ll also discuss the issues of activation of supply of Kazakh grain to Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, provision of regular container carriages, full elimination of bureaucratic barriers for ensuring growth of smooth transportation via this route. Clear guidelines should be developed for that," Alpysbaev said.
