March 2, Fineko/abc.az. Economic growth in Turkey by the end of 2025 was 3.6%, compared with 3.2% a year earlier, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the National Institute of Statistics (Turkstat).
The Turkish authorities have previously stated that they forecast economic growth of 3.5% by the end of 2025.
According to the Institute, GDP per capita in Turkey was $18,040 in 2025.
Turkstat infographic shows that Turkey's construction sector grew the most last year - by 10.8%. At the same time, the agricultural sector decreased by 8.8%.
Economic growth in Turkey by the end of 2026, according to the forecasts of the authorities, is expected to reach 3.9%. International rating agency Moody's, in turn, forecasts growth of the Turkish economy at 3.4%.
