October 21, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan is preparing to introduce BOT model (build, operation, transfer).

ABC.AZ informs that the new initiative is designed to convey to farmers the Ministry's digital and analytical view on development of the agricultural sector.

The project will be implemented by the Azerbaijani branch of McKinsey & Company, Inc., which will receive 8 million manats from the Ministry.

Within the BOT model, the contractor executes the project, manages it for a certain period of time (operational stage), and then transfers it to a government agency.
