October 21, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2025, Georgia exported a record of 17,493 tons of cattle for $58.05 million over the past 15 years, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Georgian National Statistical Service.

Cmpared with the 2024 same term, the value of exported livestock increased by 54.5% and the volume by 34.3%.

The main countries in the export markets were Iraq and Azerbaijan. Thus, 11,283 tons of livestock worth $36.8 million were shipped to Iraq, and 6,210 tons for $21.2 million to Azerbaijan.
