November 13, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Youth & Sports of Azerbaijan has announced the cancellation of the tender procedure.

The tender commission reports that a decision was made on liquidation of the tender procedure for the issuance of student cards.

The tender has been cancelled because of a shortage of participants.
