October 1, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Agriculture is developing a two-year roadmap for digital and artificial intelligence.

ABC.AZ reports that Agriculture Minister Majnun Mammadov made this statement during his speech on the third day of the Baku Climate Action Week (BCAW2025).

According to the minister, together with international partners, a two-year roadmap for digital and artificial intelligence is already being developed, covering more than 30 practical use cases, from plant variety mapping and soil monitoring to crop forecasting and water-saving irrigation: "Pilot projects are underway, and they will soon be implemented across the country. These data-driven tools will help our farmers make smarter decisions, increase resilience, and unlock significant economic value in the coming years."
