September 30, Fineko/abc.az. In the first 6 months of 2025, construction & installation works for 1.99 bn manats were carried out in occupation-liberated districts, including 408 million manats for Kelbajar district.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to Media Analysis Center’s analysis, based on State Statistics Committee’s official data, that Lachin holds the 2nd place with construction & installation works for 303.1 million manats and Aghdam district - 3rd place with construction & installation works for 260.8 million manats.

Occupation-liberated Aghdere district became a district where the least construction & installation works were carried out in the first 6 months - 14.7 million manats.

Over Jan-Jun 2025, construction & installation works for 228.3 million manats in Shusha district, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan.

And in the largest city of Karabakh, Khankendi, construction & installation works in the first 6 months were fulfilled for 80.4 million manats.
