August 28, Fineko/abc.az. The Main Karabakh Regional Department of Architecture and Urban Planning is being relocated from Barda to Khankendi.

According to ABC.AZ, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard. At the same time, the Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Karabakh region will temporarily carry out state urban planning supervision at the local level in the administrative districts of the city of Khankendi and Agdere. It should be noted that until now the Main Department was located in the city of Barda.
