August 15, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jul 2025, turnover of public catering grew by 14% in real terms against the 2024 same term up to 1.495 bn manats,

51.1% of public catering turnover in the private sector accounted for legal entities and 48.9% for individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity in this sphere.
The turnover of legal entities increased by 14% against Jan-Jul 2024 and reached 757.7 million manats.
