August 15, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has announced today's exchange rates. 

ABC.AZ reports that today, the official exchange rate of the US dollar remained unchanged and reached 1.7000 manats. 
The exchange rate of 1 Turkish lira also fell to 0.0416 manats, 100 Russian rubles to 2.1317 manats, and the euro to 1.9827.
