July 21, Fineko/abc.az. Starting from July 23, 2025, foreign citizens will be able to visit the occupation-liberated territories of Azerbaijan, having received the appropriate permission, both by private transport and in groups, to the cities of Shusha, Lachin, Aghdam, Fuzuli, Khojaly and Khankendi.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in a joint statement by the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport and the State Tourism Agency.

This opportunity will be extended to foreign citizens visiting Azerbaijan for up to 90 days, as well as those who have a temporary or permanent residence permit in our country.

Citizens of foreign countries wishing to visit these territories in private cars will have the opportunity to travel by obtaining a permit through portal “Yolumuz Qarabağa" (www.yolumuzqarabaga.az ).

The issued permits will be valid for 5 days.
