July 18, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Economy has released a list of public-private partnership projects for 2026, approved by the Cabinet Ministers on July 11, 2025.
ABC.AZ informs that among them are the following projects: "Construction and management of a scientific and technological park in Baku", "Management of solid household waste in Lankaran district", "Construction of centers for the disposal of animal corpses and biological waste", "Repair of Govsan aeration station and installation of new facilities for recycling wastewater", "Installation of new facilities wastewater treatment plant in Kelbajar district", "Creation of a tourist and recreational zone", "Creation of truck parks (parking lots for TIR cars)".
Projects of strategic importance in the fields of education, environment, food security, water, tourism and transport are planned to be implemented in close cooperation with the private sector. The goal is to improve infrastructure, protect the environment and increase tourism potential in the social and economic spheres in accordance with the country's sustainable development strategy.
The projects are important in terms of accelerating the socio-economic development of our country, increasing investments and expanding the implementation of innovative solutions.
