June 4, Fineko/abc.az. As of May 1, 2025, the total loan portfolio of Azerbaijani banks amounted to 28.96 billion manats.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to Central Bank’s monthly statistical bulletin, that the loan portfolio grew by 219.4 million manats (0.8%) month-on-month, by 618.8 million manats (2.3%) compared with the end of last year and by 3.452 billion manats (14%) year-on-year.

The overall loan portfolio as of April 1, 2025 was 27.877 billion manats, as of January 1 - 27.477 billion manats, for the same period of 2024 - 24.644 billion manats.
